Mark launched MKIS Professional Search after a career spent leading technical, commercial, and operational teams across the energy, cleantech, and manufacturing industries. Mark’s background spans from early leadership training at General Electric and the U.S. Navy to senior executive positions in the energy efficiency and cleantech industries. With degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business (MBA), he’s been on both sides of the hiring table — managing complex projects, building national programs, and driving growth through hiring the right people.
That experience taught him what many firms overlook: great recruiting is about alignment, not just fit. That’s why MKIS Professional Search focuses on helping companies find professionals who strengthen finance, engineering, and operations functions — the core drivers of performance and scale.
